Ground Up Longevity
Build Strength from the ground up through a series of body weight exercises that improves joints and ligaments. Focuses on feet, ankles, knee and hips for a ground up approach to strength and stability in crucial joints. We focus on Tendon dominate training emphasis which strengthens tendons.



The problem: In today’s world there is no technology out there that can exercise all lower leg muscles at once. There is not enough emphasis or knowledge on injury prevention exercises until it’s too late and the athlete or client is injured. The key to healthy knees and ankles is having an equal amount of strength in all lower leg muscles to reduce the amount of stress on ligaments, tendons and muscles while they intake the force in preforming athletic movements.
