Online Balance Challenges & Prayer Intercession

Transforms your life from the inside out to complete wholeness with focusing on balance challenges for body and prayer for our spirit and soul.

Improve balance and build strength from the group up through a variety of body weight and stability exercises. Using the Slackblock balance trainer, participants will take part in a series of challenging isolation exercises and movement sequences, focus on balance, agility and coordination.

(For Athletes)

It is small and does not look like much, but you will be amazed at the balance challenge. Then after training for a little as 4 hours, you will be astounded by the improvement in your agility, coordination, aim and winning percentage.
